The extent of the interior remodel is changing previous permitted area to a restaurant use. The square footage of the remodel is 3598sq.ft. as shown on valuation. The intake construction cost was $900,000. This may be reduced when the owner gives us an adjusted cost. Until then, values have been added and subtracted in order to keep other agencies informed as to how to charge out their fees.
