THE FOLLOWING PLAN CHECKS (354897, 354898, 354899, AND 354900) ARE FOR AS BUILT STRUCTURES. MIKE ELLIOTT LOOKED OVER THE PLANS THAT WERE BROUGHT IN AND DETERMINED THAT THERE WAS ENOUGH INFORMATION TO CREATE PERMITS FOR THE MAIN HOUSE ADDITION, THE GARAGE W/ ADU, THE STORAGE STRUCTURE, AND THE BUILT. AGAIN ALL AS-BUILT. PLAN CHECK ASSINGED TO MIKE ELLIOTT.

354897/ 354898 / 354899 / 354900. EDC FIRE AND ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT ARE THE LAST 2 REVIEWS FOR THESE PROJECTS.
CUSTOMER IS WORKING WITH EID AND EDC FIRE TO GET THIS PROJECT FINISHED ON FIRES END.
DAVID KANTZ IS WORKING ON SEPTIC PLANS WITH ENVIRONMENTAL.
PER JPR OK TO KEEP THIS PLAN CHECK ALIVE UNTIL FIRE SIGNS OFF.

Owner came in to see what is needed to get the permits issued. Per JRP In order to extend the governmental delay we need something from the Fire department that shows that they have been working on this project within the last year, . I also explained that we need to issue the permits before the end of this year or we will need to resubmit all plan checks.
